If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, with tags, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

RETURN CONDITIONS: 

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• All original tags must be attached. 
• Customer provides return shipping. 
• No restocking fee. 
• No final sale items.
• **Unfortunately you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition and a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

In order to return,

1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and your Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
3. SportsWebb does not offer free returns at this time. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s).

• Please allow 4-5 business days for SportsWebb to receive, inspect and approve your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and refund your original payment method.
